About Us
Sprockets and gears built to international standards, backed by CNC manufacturing discipline, and supported by an engineering team that understands your application requirements.
Since 2010
We are a manufacturer with extensive experience in precision power transmission components. Our product catalog covers the three major roller sprocket standards—European DIN/ISO, American ANSI/ASME, and Asian JIS—as well as a full range of gears conforming to DIN 782, including spur gears, bevel gears, and racks.

Manufacturing Capability
Our production facility operates dedicated CNC machining centers for sprocket tooth profiling, boring, and keyway cutting. For flame-cut large-diameter sprockets, we produce blanks in FD (overall forging), FT and FB (welded), and FPT/FPB (steel plate) blank types, with CNC tooth milling as standard across all types.
- Sprocket diameters from stock bore sizes up to 80 inches outer diameter
- Gear modules from 1 through 10+ on spur and bevel configurations
- Gear rack lengths in 500 mm, 1000 mm, and 2000 mm standard sections
Quality Management
Our quality system operates to ISO 9001 principles with documented inspection procedures at each manufacturing stage. Tooth profiles are verified against standard templates. Material certificates for C45 steel and stainless steel grades are provided on request. Heat treatment hardness is spot-checked by batch using calibrated Rockwell testers.
- Over-pin measurement verification on finished sprockets
- Hub face and plate face machining documented per batch
- Surface treatment type confirmed on delivery documentation
Research & Custom Engineering
Our application engineering team handles non-standard sprocket and gear enquiries on a regular basis. This includes non-catalogue tooth counts, mixed-standard sprocket pairs, custom finished bore dimensions, and adaptation of standard profiles to proprietary engineered chain specifications. OEM drawing review and DXF file acceptance are standard practice.
- OEM / ODM custom sprocket development programs
- Replacement part reverse-engineering from worn samples
- Technical data sheets and 2D dimensional drawings supplied
Technical Support Team
Our pre-sale technical team is staffed by engineers with direct manufacturing knowledge. When you submit an enquiry, you are corresponding with someone who knows the difference between FD and FT flame-cut blank classifications, understands ANSI vs. ISO tooth form tolerances, and can advise on bore-to-shaft clearances for interference fits.
- One-to-two working day response on technical enquiries
- Drawing review and dimensional confirmation service
- Post-delivery installation and troubleshooting support
From Raw Steel to Verified Sprocket
Every sprocket and gear in our catalog follows a documented production sequence. Quality is built into the process, not inspected in at the end.
Raw Material
C45 bar stock, SS304/316, or C1045 plate received and material certs verified before production release.
Blank Production
Forging (FD), welding (FT/FB), or flame-cutting (FPT/FPB) to produce the sprocket blank with correct hub dimensions.
CNC Tooth Machining
Teeth are milled on CNC machining centers using standard form cutters. Hub face (A) and plate face (B) are machined to required smoothness class.
Heat Treatment
High-frequency induction hardening is applied to tooth flanks. Hardness is achieved at HRC 35–50 depending on specification. Core remains tough to handle shock loads.
Final Inspection
Over-pin measurement, bore diameter, and hardness spot-check. Dimensional records filed. Components that do not meet spec are rejected at this stage.
Key Production Equipment
Standards Compliance & Certifications
Our quality management framework and product standards compliance support your procurement and engineering documentation requirements.
ISO 9001
Quality Management System certification covering sprocket and gear design, production, and delivery processes.
DIN 8187 / ISO 606
European standard roller chain sprocket tooth form compliance, verified on production tooling calibrated to standard profiles.
ANSI B29.1 / ASME
American standard chain sprocket dimensional compliance. Covers tooth form, tooth width, and over-pin measurement per ANSI specification tables.
DIN 782 Gear Racks
Gear racks manufactured to DIN 782 with 20° pressure angle and C45 steel. Module range and dimensional accuracy verified to standard.
Material Certificates Available on Request
C45 / C1045 mill certs, stainless steel grade verification (304 vs 316), and heat treatment hardness records are available for all sprocket and gear orders. Please specify at time of order if you require documentation for your quality records system.
Customer Testimonials
"We replaced our conveyor drive sprockets with the flame-cut C1045 series and saw measurable improvements in chain life. The CNC-milled tooth profile matches our existing chain pitch exactly — no shimming needed on installation."
"Sourcing taper bore sprockets in the correct European standard sizes used to take weeks.Their sprockets and gears are of reliable quality, guys. "
"We specified 316 stainless steel sprockets for our seafood processing line after switching from C45 to resolve corrosion problems. The DIN 8187 tooth form is identical, so the chain engagement is perfect. No modifications to the existing chain."
